I had a billing issue after buying VC and I was worried I was about to get fooled or dragged around in circles. But 2k support was actually helpful. They checked everything, explained what had happened, and my refund showed up a few days later. Way smoother than I expected, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

It’s fun enough and I’ve enjoyed it, but i’d trust your instinct and wait for a sale if you’re unsure. At full price it’s okay, but when it’s discounted, it feels a lot more worth it.

The 2k launcher works most of the time, but it feels like an extra step that doesn’t really need to be there. Sometimes it loads slowly or randomly makes me sign in again, which is frustrating when I’m just trying to jump into a game. The games usually launch fine once I get past it, so it’s not completely broken, but it’s annoying enough that I’m starting to feel like I need to raise a complaint if it keeps happening. I just wish it was smoother, remembered my login, and stayed out of the way.

I don’t want to jinx it, but the servers have actually been solid lately. I haven’t had any random drops recently, which is a nice change.

The installer crashed on me twice, which was frustrating. After restarting, it finally worked, but the whole thing felt like an avoidable hassle.

I mainly use 2K to keep up with their games, but the story content is what keeps me interested. You’d expect the basics from a game site, like news and updates, and it does that just fine. What surprised me is how much I actually care about the characters and modes. I’m not usually trying to sit through every cutscene just because it’s there, but some of this stuff actually makes me want to see it through. Sure, a few parts can feel a little over the top, but that’s not exactly shocking with games like these. Overall, the site is easy to use, the updates are simple to find, and I’ve had a good experience with it. 5 stars from me.

It’s not perfect, and yeah, some of the updates are way bigger than you’d expect, but overall 2k does a decent job keeping the games playable and making them better over time.

I used 2K to look up some game info and check my account stuff. I quickly assumed it might be a hassle, but the site loaded fine and the menus were easy enough to figure out. A few pages felt a bit slow at times, and I immediately thought something was bugging out, but it ended up not being a big deal. Overall, it’s a good site and does what I needed, it just could feel a little smoother.

The graphics are sharp and clean, and overall it looks nice. I did notice some faces looking weird here and there, which got on my nerves a bit because I don’t have much patience for stuff like that. Still, it’s not a dealbreaker.

I had a problem with my 2K account and expected it to drag on for days, but support got back to me quicker than I thought they would. They asked for a few details, and after a couple of messages they were able to sort it out. It wasn’t totally seamless since there was still some waiting between replies, but compared to what I was expecting, it went smoothly and they did help me in the end

I’ve had a good time playing overall, and the games are definitely fun. But the microtransactions? They can get annoying quickly. You don’t have to buy anything, sure, but when it keeps popping up or feels like everything has an extra cost, how are you not supposed to notice? It’s enjoyable, just a bit much sometimes

I mostly use 2k.com for online games, and the matchmaking has been decent for me. I can usually find a match quickly, even late at night when I’m already mentally drained and just trying to get a few games in before bed. Some matches do feel kind of uneven though, like I’ll get paired with people way better than me or way worse, which can be frustrating. I’ve also had a few random disconnects that really killed the mood. Still, it works more often than not, and I’m not sitting around forever waiting to play. I’d give it 4 stars.

The gameplay is fun and the matches usually run smooth. I just get worn out when small bugs pop up and break the flow, especially when I’m trying to relax and not deal with yet another thing needing a fix or update.

I was a little nervous when I switched devices, because I always worry about the tiny stuff like losing progress or settings not carrying over right. But everything showed up exactly where I left it, even my save data, which was a huge relief. No issues so far

2k is alright overall, but the cross-platform experience has been frustrating. I play with friends on different systems, and sometimes it works, but other times invites don’t go through or linking accounts takes forever. After dealing with it a few times, I’ve kind of lost trust that it’ll actually work when we want to play. It’s not terrible, but it definitely isn’t as smooth as I expected. I really wish switching between console and PC felt simpler and more reliable

From my experience with this one, it feels like games like this can get slow if you’re not playing all the time. The progression takes a while, and some of the rewards don’t really feel worth the effort you put in. That said, I do like having goals to work toward, and the daily tasks help keep things moving a little. It’s not a bad system overall, but I think it could use better balance.

I really do enjoy the games when they’re running smoothly, but the random crashes and lag have been getting frustrating. It feels like every update fixes one thing but then somehow breaks something else. It’s not awful, and I still want to like it, but if this keeps happening I might just move on to something more reliable.
